A few months ago my daughter who has suffered from panic attacks since her teens told me she had found her miracle, EFT, and was rid of them, finally! She felt that EFT could rid me of the violent asthmatic attacks I was suffering.
Per her instructions I downloaded the EFT Manual and began reading and using the things I was learning with good success for more energy. She and I stayed connected via email and phone and soon I was in Dr. Cary's office having her coach me through several rounds of EFT. That very night I was rid of the horrible pain radiating from my right shoulder blade all the way down my back, into my legs and out to my arms. I was able to walk normally once again!
I had suffered for almost 4 years with this pain so you can imagine my total surprise when it lifted so suddenly and completely! By the way, I was on 15 meds, including nebulizer, humidifier, and air purifier and was pretty much house bound, with this pain caused by the asthma, allergies going out of control and creating stomach problems (acid reflux) as well.
Now I have dropped the asthma inhalers/nebulizer and pain meds (don't need the Rx for my stomach anymore either) because I can literally stop an asthma attack dead in its tracks with EFT! ! ! I can work away from home, in addition to caring for my home and walking a mile every other day! My quality of life has changed so much since EFT has come into my life. For that I am very grateful.
