What is EFT?

EFT is emotional freedom technique. Sounds good - huh? Emotional freedom. That means that I can feel any way I want to. So can you. No more buttons for people to push. Emotional freedom. I believe that is the feeling of peace. It feels like peace to me.

At the Stress Management Institute for Living Empowered our motto is Peace is our product. Can you imagine how joyous it is to be able to bring peace into the lives of people who may have thought it was impossible to be at peace given their situation? I do it everyday and I can do it for you. As a matter of fact... I am so sure of myself that I offer a money back guarantee.*

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a streamlined version of an old Chinese wellness modality called Neigong. www.EFTNeiGong.com. It is said that if a Chinese person got sick, the master (doctor) would know that the person had not been doing the NeiGong daily as recommended.

In this country, USA, a modality very similar to NeiGong was developed by Gary Craig and is known as EFT. www.emofree.com. I encourage you to go to his website and read some of the articles posted there. Yes, they are success stories as reported by the various EFT practitioners. I hope that the articles encourage you to investigate this 'new' wellness technique. It is so easy to use. It is painless. It is highly effective.

After reading the articles that sort of match your own condition or that interest you for other reasons, then download the manual and read it. Learn to tap on yourself, for yourself. With just the instructions in the manual you will be able to bring yourself to a higher level of health and well being.

When you are hungry for more, visit the related websites. Read about other techniques and see which ones resonate with you. If you have deep emotional issues, are suffering from serious or life threatening illness, or if your life is just not working, please call an EFT practitioner for help. Once you know how to do EFT, which is simply a technique of tapping on certain acupressure points on the body, then an EFT practitioner can lead you through the process, going deeper than you might be able to lead yourself.

EFT is not a replacement for standard medical care if standard or traditional medical care is needed. It is an adjunct, complementary, or integrated healing modality. EFT can stand alone and be unbelievably effective but you will have to try it to believe it and I suggest that you try it with a practitioner. A practitioner list is available at www.emofree.com. Remember, if you are willing to work over the phone your practitioner can live anywhere!

* Money back guarantee — You must do the 'homework' as assigned. Homework generally consists of tapping 3 x a day. If you can honestly say that you do not feel better at the second session, your money will be returned.
