| What
is Stress? Now let us change those definitions into examples that come from everyday life. Stress is the overly perfectionist boss. Stress is the crying baby. Stress is the traffic jam. Stress is wanting to quit smoking, chocolate or alcohol and not being able to. Stress is the constant back pain or arthritis or PMS. Stress is feeling like you can't do anything right or that you never make any headway. Stress is constantly remembering that thing you said or did that you now regret so much. Stress is feeling like you don't belong, aren't respected or listened to. Stress is the feeling of fear...fear of airplanes, of speaking in public, claustrophobia, of being embarrassed. Stress is whatever causes us to not be in the state of joy. Stress is the feeling of being, and living, disempowered. What can stress do? The national Center for Disease Control estimates that 90 percent of visits to all types of doctors are for stress related illnesses. Get rid of the stored stressors of the past and the body will heal itself. Learn how to rid yourself of the problems caused by the stressor of today and you won’t be setting yourself up for diseases in the future. What can we do about stress? In the past, we had no good, solid way to handle stress.
Now we do. Energy medicine and energy techniques do what traditional medicine
cannot do. Some of my techniques are ancient and some are so cutting edge
and effective that even I have a hard time understanding how they work.
Nobody really cares about the how when the results are amazing. I have
one device that was originally developed to take care of astronauts while
in space! If it is good enough for the astronauts – maybe it’s
good enough for you!
